Issue 001 is not yet in circulation. Nothing is being sold, no payment is taken, and no card details are collected. The terms below are the ones the department intends to operate under when Issue 001 is issued. They will be confirmed against the final fulfilment provider before anything ships.
Shipping
Issue 001 will ship from the fulfilment partner producing each piece. Production and transit ranges will be published per destination on each product page before release. The department will not promise a fixed delivery date it cannot evidence.
Returns
30 days from delivery, for unworn and unwashed items in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact the department within 14 days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs. Please do not send anything back before support confirms the return. These operational terms do not limit your rights under applicable law.
Cancellations
Cancellation can be considered only before fulfilment begins. Production moves quickly once an order is released, so cancellation is not guaranteed.
