Shipping policy

Issue 001 is not yet in circulation. No orders are being taken. This policy sets out the terms the department will operate under when Issue 001 is released, and will be confirmed against the final fulfilment provider and its published rates before anything ships.

Where we ship

Issue 001 will ship to the United States and Canada at release. Further destinations will be opened as fulfilment and duties handling are confirmed for them.

Processing and transit

Each piece in Issue 001 is produced to order. Production time and transit time are therefore separate, and both will be published per destination on each product page before release.

The department does not promise a fixed delivery date it cannot evidence. Where a range is shown, it is the range the fulfilment provider commits to, not an estimate.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the pieces in the order. Any applicable duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number is issued by email when an order leaves the fulfilment facility. Orders containing more than one piece may ship in separate parcels.

Delays and lost parcels

If a parcel has not moved for an extended period, or is marked delivered and cannot be found, contact the department with your order number and the department will open a claim with the carrier.
